Our New Home

Here are some pictures of our new building, our balcony, and views from the bacony. We really like that you can see Tokyo Tower (and just beyond that, Tokyo Bay.)

It's still a Boy!

Here's the latest head shot of our little one. I had my big ultrasound earlier this week and yes, it is still a boy! He's due on December 18th.

Baby Showers!

Baby Eich was honored at two different showers while we were home- one in Annapolis and one in Michigan. Special thanks to our Moms for hosting them and to all those who helped out and attended. We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends and family!

Year of the Boar

According to the Chinese calendar, 2007 is the year of the boar (probably a bigger deal over here than at home) so Andrew and I were especially excited to come across this gem at the first winery that we visited.

Sonoma with the Emalas

While we were home in the US we had the pleasure of spending a long weekend in California with the Emalas. We spent a day in San Francisco and then headed up to Sonoma for a few days of wine tasting (for which I was the designated driver). Fortunately we brought plenty home with us that I can enjoy once I'm able to drink again!

Living on the other side of the world and with a little one on the way, Andrew and I thought it might be a good idea to create a website to post pictures and updates on whats going on in our neck of the woods. By far the toughest part of living over here is being so far from our friends and family, so hopefully this will make it a little easier for everyone to at least see what we're up to. Please check back often as my intention is to update this site regularly!
